3 Complete Fishing Outfits This is one of my all-time favorite ads. You could get 3 fishing poles PLUS two tackle boxes overflowing with stuff for only $12.95. Holy crap. But how could this be true? Even one fishing rod would cost the better part of $12.95 and this was for three of them plus all of that stuff. Obviously it was one of the greatest deals in history but even so I was never able to scrape up that kind of bread. If I saw this ad today, I think I would send in the money and take my chances. I sort of regret missing out on this one. UPDATE: I met a guy today who told me that he ordered this stuff and that it was pretty good after all. Go figure. |
